..where everybody is somebody and Jesus is Lord!..
Vision
New Wine Church of Austin is a church ..full of pastors, ministers—ordinary
people, talented, empowered and released to demonstrate the love,
compassion and glorious power of Jesus Christ. Our vision is to be and
replicate all kinds of outside-the-box
new wineskin expressions of God, different flavors of Church
in every street in Austin area   and Texas  and beyond.
Beyond Sunday morning church  where  everybody is
somebody and Jesus is Lord!

Mission: “Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in
all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus” (Col. 1:28).
To create a simple but supernatural environment for people who want
something more than church as usual. To empower ministry teams of ordinary
people. Talents are discovered and activated. To discover and activate talents,
gifts and calling of every believer; equip and release the saints to live up to
their full potential in God and for his kingdom.

Purpose: This is an Antioch model new wine church. This gathering is a
tabernacle of those who are hungry for an “overdose of God.”  Our purpose is to
compliment the conventional Church, to create a church full of pastors,
ministers of ordinary people that will replicate themselves, and plant more
churches to fulfill the great commission. To create an atmosphere for the
supernatural, activation of gifts, empowerment & releasing the saints-presenting
every believer perfect. Let them go! Team model ministries. Unconventional,
less structure. Not a personality centered Church.

Our Base Camps
Through the following hierarchy we try to demystify our vision,
strategy, and tactics. Nevertheless, absolute obedience to the
leading of the Holy Spirit, daily,  is the sure winner.

Core Values: Our enduring tenets—guiding principles—to adhere to
no matter what are: To be New wineskins for the New wine; to be
Presence-driven; Kingdom-minded church; Truth; Relationship. These
never change.

Core Purpose: Towards city and regional churches that will give
birth to the kingdom church in the earth.

BHAG: Invading our streets, cities and nations with all kinds of new
wineskin churches that express Jesus—both conventional and
unconventional.

Strategy: New Wine Gatherings, church-planting, Apostolic
Prophetic and Intercessory gatherings, training, seminars, mentoring,
coaching activating and releasing the saints.

Base Camps: Church full of pastors and ministers that will duplicate
themselves in the next few years. We all teach what we know but
we replicate whom we are!

Tactics: Presence-driven simple church gatherings; intensive
prayers meetings, demonstration gathering, relationship buildings,
getting everybody involved, fasting and spiritual warfare gatherings.
Connections and collaborative city-reaching involvements. These
would be analogous to detailed annual plans for getting things done
presently on the way to the next few year goals.
Antioch church

“Now in the church that was at Antioch there were certain prophets and
teachers: Barnabas, Simeon who was called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene,
Manaen who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul. As
they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, ‘Now
separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called
them.’ Then having fasted and prayed and laid hands on them, they sent
them away. So, being sent out by the Holy Spirit, they went down to
Seleucia, and from there they sailed to Cyprus. And when they arrived
in Salamis, they preached the word of God in the synagogues of the
Jews. They also had John as their assistant. Planting Movements (Acts
13:1-14:28)
